International Passive House Open Days
Wrap Up

The International Passive House Open Days, just completed November 5-7, were are a great success across the US due to the efforts of building owners, project teams, and over 400 visitors. THANK YOU!

We had 20 projects from Boston to Oakland open to the public with 22 events that included happy hours in Brooklyn, NY, and Littleton, Colorado, and a hybrid in-person and online event produced by the Passive House Accelerator – featuring a historic masonry retrofit in Manhattan.

As we know, there is no better way to convince someone new to Passive House of the special effectiveness of Passive House, than to invite them inside for a visit.  Hospitality, conversation, and shared experience help drive the growth of this critical climate strategy.

Thank you to all who participated in the opportunity to learn about Passive House buildings of all kinds, around the US, and the world.

We hope you enjoy this selection of photographs and are inspired to participate in the next Open House Days.

AGAIN, THANK YOU!
