Passive House training changes everything. You simply can’t look at a building the same way again. Unlocked is a world of design and construction decisions that directly raise the building performance outcomes. From single-family homes to apartment buildings, schools, and every other building type conceivable, building construction and renovation are approached afresh.
There are places where this is appreciated and programs have been set up to invest in professional Passive House training. The investments can be very significant to professional recipients. Here is what we hope will be a growing list.
State Based Incentives for CPHD & CPHT Training & Certification

Connecticut: 50% reimbursement. Offered by Energize Connecticut, training support is reserved for consultants, builders, architects, and tradespersons. Interested parties must meet all prerequisites of the respective accreditation requirements, and reimbursement is contingent upon successful accreditation. Participants must have a business or residential address in Connecticut. If not, they must have a work history in the state to be deemed eligible.
